Add two teaspoons chia seed in 125 ml milk.( milk may be normal/ low fat/ zerofat/ almond milk any kind. Mix some fruits like banana, mango, dates, strawberries & other kind of berries, some raisins, nut & some honey. Keep it in the refrigerator overnight or atleast 2 hrs. Enjoy your meal.♥️

Morning at Haffa beach

Hasik is a costal area. It’s 200km away from Salalah. People here lives on fishing. It’s famous gor its natural beauty, blue water, & abalone searching. There is a fixed period of time for abalone hunting. If you visited Hasik once let me know your feelings about Hasik.

Dhalkout is a wilayat or province of Dhofar Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman. It has a strategic location as it borders the Wilayat of Rakhyout on the east and Yemen on the west, serving as a gateway for commercial transport between the two countries. Dhalkout is known for its abundance of fish varieties, including squid and lobster.

Salalah is the main tourist attraction of Dhofar province during Khareef. Million of people visited Salalah from middle East & other countries to observe the Arab rain. The Nahda tower is decorated with projection every year. This year it’s beautiful projection. Have a look.#khareefsalalah

Kalojam is a very special dessert of Bangladesh. Its made from cottage cheese or chana whitis obtained from milk.

It was June 18th, 2024. It was a very special day for me. Alhamdulillah. It was our 20th anniversary & my second daughter Soha’s 15th birthday. My friends made the day more special with their graceful presence. Thanks to them.
