Because lebron can do everything Lue felt comfortable asking for more to make up for his lack of support. Lue was asking dude to be perfect and beat the greatest basketball team ever in the modern era on his own.

      Pretty sure he never had to tell Jordan to play harder during a Game 7. Of course, they never played a Game 7 in the Finals, so I guess he couldn't have, but MJ needed no motivation. HE was the one doing the motivating.

    • @StevenC32
      @StevenC32 Рік тому +2

      @@SealofPerfection I am pretty sure that Phil Jackson had to tell Jordan to stop shooting outside shots when his shot wasn't falling, and to drive to the basket for easier opportunities. I know for fact that he had to tell Jordan to stop playing hero ball. Phil Jackson once told Jordan that there was no I in team, and then Jordan countered but there is an I in win. Phil Jackson knew that he could only challenge Jordan so much, and that Jordan could get him fired by simply saying he did not want to play for him. So Jackson treaded lightly with Jordan. But Tyronn Lue knew that LeBron wanted to be coached hard, so he did not mind challenging him from time to time.

  • @cpimpmr
    @cpimpmr Рік тому

    Although they won the game, it's still an indictment on Bron,
    He's talking about stats, and the team is losing...
    This is why he could never be the GOAT...
    you would've never ever had to roast MJ about his performance or lack thereof...
    MJ was never afraid of the moment, the free throw line or narrative.
    Lastly, as the best player on my favorite team, I can live with my best player winning or losing if he misses the last shot as long as he shoots it. He's the best player. He should shoot when he can. Not pass the ball or be none aggressive. Ijs, I ride and die with my teams best player - especially when he's a great like the GOAT and the Mamba. And to me, Bron, with all that talent and skill, has had way too many of those moments in his career for someone who was as dominant as he could be at the time.
    But go ahead, worship yal King.
