Lots of wasted time looking at brass plumbing fixtures, and things way too big to possibly be made from gold. You would have better luck finding gold down in the fines near the bottom. Occasionally you might find something large with small patterns covered with gold leaf, but you would definitely know if you found something that large truly made of gold, and anyone with a brain would catch it before sending it to a scrapyard, because it would weigh as much as the same size in lead which is heavy as hell for the size.
