    The 1200-1300 range is so strong because that's the highest the newb cheaters can go. All the 500's using engines get timed out against 1400+ players

    @tracymiller1149 Рік тому

    Ha, ha. At 5:34 Aman has four pieces developed to the opponent's one. I wonder what happens to players sometimes that opening principles seem to fly right out the window. That's the kind of play you'd expect to see at sub-1000.

      En passant (French for "in passing"). If an opponent's pawn is still on its opening rank, and you have a pawn two ranks in front of it (on an adjacent file), and your opponent chooses to push his pawn two spaces instead of one, you can actually take the pawn as if he had only moved it one space. If you choose to do this, you have to do it on the very next move after your opponent makes that pawn push.

    35:30. Similar move like bishop amd knight mate. Any waiting move with the dark square bishop stayind in the a1-h8 diagonal would have been good. If gxh6 then g6 is mate. If Kh8 then 1. Bxg7+ Kh7 forced 2. g6# mate. If i miscalculated im sorry its 1 am rn

    Why are you only able to include the games with the white pieces? Why are you NOT ABLE to include the games with the black pieces? I understand, those will usually not include the London system, so you probably don't want to include them. But not wanting, and not being able is quite different. Or were you not able to learn proper English?!

    A few lobs from the peanut gallery:
    - 5 minutes is a bit too short.
    - We're not getting getting landed-pawn bishops in our games.
    - "If it's not a sexy win I don't want it." We're not trying to learn how to troll in style.

    that game with GalaTerra, did they not sense the danger? Everytime I move my Knight to G5 that pawn on h7 always comes up to kick me out. I wonder is there a way to still continue with the attack once that pawn comes up?

    • @timmyl6804
      @timmyl6804 Рік тому

      Yes there is. If you have your pawn on h4, you can allow black to take your knight with his h-pawn and then recapture with your own h-pawn, forcing black's knight on f6 away and opening the h-file for future attacks against black's king (Bh7+ for example). Hope that helps!

      I noticed that players with diamond membership are somehow stronger than players with same rating but without membership. And I don’t understand why you get more membership opponents if you buy a membership. does that mean if I don’t have a diamond or other membership I get worse opponents than someone who has a membership ? Because Aman gets membership opponents every 2 games .

    Does Aman ever consider that roasting chat isn't a good look? It's no wonder Chessbrah is so small compared to other chess streamers despite having been around for so long and having strong players. If Aman would just stop trying to make chat feel stupid this channel would have literally 5x the views.

      I don't watch twitch a lot but from what I have seen on there, I'm pretty sure they do very well for themselves financially, regardless of whether you think their channel is "small". The community may be smaller than other chess streamers but it also is, I think, a lot closer and includes many regulars who are very active with each other in the chat. They have a unique atmosphere which includes a lot of banter, it's all in good fun and many of us find it hilarious. If that's not your thing then that's fine, you don't have to tune in or click the UA-cam vids. No need to go around telling streamers they need to change when there's certainly streamers who you can watch and enjoy just as they are.
