    Thanks a lot for sharing.. webex calling is more os pstn calling right. I understand that if one subcribes for webex suite( meeting & calling), one can get a Business line and make pstn calls. what is the max no of concurrent calls using this Businesss line
    2) with the vitrual lines, does it mean that ,i can create multiple virtual lines and associate them with the Buisness line

      Hi there, thanks for your questions. The maximum number of concurrent calls you can have in Webex Calling can change based on a few things, like the plan your organization has, and any rules set by your org's network. As for the virtual lines, yes, you can have several lines linked to the account. We hope this info helps.

      @webex thanks for your response. It is clear now. If an organization subcribes webex suite plan for two users ,for example, there will be 2 concurrent calls and two host licenses

    Can users put themselves on DND for just a specific virtual line. I.e. Helpdesk agents can still answer their direct line but won't be disturbed on a specific virtual line for a period of time?

      Unfortunately that sets DND for all lines. It’d be good to just be able to set it for the virtual line from time to time or be able to drop in or out of the line when needed.

    What’s the difference between a “group-line” and a “virtual line”?

      Virtual line is a number with associated calling properties created in Webex Calling. It can be assigned to only one user's device/Webex App as non-primary line (second line, third line and so on..). It can also be shared among a group of users as as non-primary line as a shared line. The later one is also referred to as shared line group
