Very odd when you bumped into those 3 guys in town and one of the guy's knew England and even put on an English accent for you and was trying to engage with you - and you reacted it like it was most common thing in the world to happen. The guy was clearly hurt/puzzled by yer behavior. Just strange brotha.

It happens a lot in tourist places from The Riff Mountains to Bali, guys trying to sell you something usually. They like to use slang or they'll tell you about their brother who lives in England ...

@@GlobetrotterGary Yeah - I've been to Morocco a couple of times - there are certainly all types like everywhere else in the world. I thought that guy was genuine - who I'm referring to. Maybe not - hope to think it was. We'll never know.

@@bogman192 The first guy actually helped me out the day before and I think the second guy was serious about living in Rochdale. But these guys interact and learn languages on the street from tourists, not in a classroom, so they are gonna pick up all the slang and idioms.
