I can't help expressing my admiration by watching you cook. I started watching you long time ago when your program was called Fish is the Dish. The dishes you made from seafood were unique, I watch a lot of Italian cooking programs, but you are the best. You are a cook and actor in one person and your performance energizes me, and due to this I remember your recipes without taking notes.
I used to cook a lot before Russian food, and though I don't cook now as I am old, I advise everybody, especially my daughter to watch your programs.
