Nice video. I installed mine yesterday and came across you video this morning while I was looking for some insight into how my sprinkler system blowout guy will be able to do his maintenance at the end of the season prior to winter. So far, no luck getting info. I'm still looking.
It shouldn’t be any different. You can manually start each zone in the app and he can hook up his air compressor to each valve one at a time. I guess you will need to be there to activate each zone.

If I buy this unit in USA, can I use it in Europe? The power there is 220v. The USA is 110. Do I just get different power adapter?
I'm not sure - but I assume that you will just get a different adaptor. I would check first.
