If not pricing correctly, the only one paid is the stager. The house won't sell, the seller will be upserlt the stager will be the only one happy and you as a Realtor will lose image and trust. Never hire a stager if you are trying to sell an overpriced home. Take my advice very seriously, dear Realtors. I know this business very well. ❤
