  • Hi Fitness Friends,
    I didn't do my 6am workout because I was sick yesterday and I had to work today and didn't want to push it.
    However, I decided to do a 6pm workout instead. I did a new dance fitness workout from ‪@Dancefitnesswithjessica‬ livestream app. It was good and I think I may be ready to start doing longer workouts every other day (that is, if I can start on time!) on dance fitness days.
    Today was a total win!🏆 Hope everyone is staying warm and healthy!

    A little background:
    I used to be very fit (when I was younger as many of us over 40 once were). However, life just kept getting in the way of my fitness goals and I've never really given up but it has been mentally (and physically) challenging over the years to allow myself to heal and start from the very beginning (again!).
