Well, It shows musician name and the name of a song because you don’t have Spotify Premium. You must have spotify premium to play this game, its not a phone problem. Otherwise you can’t play without paying. Thank you for explaination, it helps alot.😊

I am aware. It's a shame you are forced to get a Spotify subscription to play a fun game imo. Wish they hadn't done that.
      You're welcome! :D

This is so weird… I picked a random card from the deck and it was 1981 song as well.. crazy lol thanks for the video!

The bad thing of the free Spotify version is that the song doesn't start from the beginning and plays only for about 20 seconds

Did u ever find why it does not open with the app(spotify)? Having the same issue...

I am beginning to think it happens when you have a free account, and not a subscription to Spotify. Another friend of mine had the same issue as well... Which is kind of a bummer.

I had I free account and had same issue. Upgraded to premium -> deleted Hitster app -> downloaded it again -> it worked.

I hope Jumbo will fix it, so you can play without an account.

It's a pity that u have to have premium... I don't want a premium account on Spotify and for just 1 game, I'm not letting myself get obliged to get it. So yes, hopefully they fix this quite big issue.

I think there is an app you have to install on your phone with the same name of the game

He shouldn’t sell the game. The kickstarter version allowed you to play without app and without showing you the song titles. I feel that Jumbo just killed the game but at least now it’s in every store…

Yeah, I asked Jumbo, and they said you could play with 1 player being the "DJ" and using the free app. But that makes a 2 player game impossible sadly.

I'm trying to find out if the English UK version songs are the same as a version I get in Canada that's also in English. I can't find answer anywhere
