For anyone wondering about missing scenes, the UK DVD of Lethal Weapon 4 is cut by over 90 seconds to remove violence in order to get a 15 rating. It's nothing to do with a director's cut. The American DVD is uncut, as is the Australian DVD which is also encoded for Region 2 so UK buyers can play it no problem. The UK Blu-ray is also now uncut. Also, the "director's cuts" are not approved by Donner, they were a marketing ploy by Warner. The theatrical cuts are Donner's preferred versions.
It's crazy that big, elaborate sequences like the opening with the Human Tank and this chase scene all had to be plotted, performed, and edited within a rushed 7 month window.
1:18 Looks like the car hit the stuntman on the right. At 1:56 the stuntmen are standing sideways when the car smashes the windows so they didn't used that shot in the final cut. Also the metal bars turn over and smash the windows, posing yet another threat to the guys. Those stunt things are really dangerous.

He too survived." according to "Local stuntman makes a living, living on the edge in his hometown" i was smahsed when i saw this first, good to know he's OK.

In Slovenia are only The first three uncut movies on DVD and the fourth one is not and when i watched the movie and some scenes were cut off from the movie that i have bought the DVD I felt very cheated,ripped off and betrayed. When i was watching uncut version on from m the internet i download, it was far much better thank you so much.
The part where Jet Li gets a sharp thing through his stomach and Mel Gibson grabs him and pulls the sharp thing through his body just didn’t make sense how Jet Li had like no reaction to what was happening to him but it still was a very good movie all 4 of them.
I am confused about something: I bought over the summer Lethal Weapon 4 region 2 on DVD original movie and i noticed that they cut some scenes of this movie including this scene about that guy who gets hit by the car. I upload all 4.movies on my computer from the internet from someone else DVDs and these scenes where on this movie I am asking why did they cut off the scenes on original DVD and if this happened someone else too or just me?
And i also noticed that Jet Li kicks were cut off too in the house where hi kick Rene Russo in her face they just cut it of the DVD i bought, really did disappointed me.

yea man. stuntman got wrecked in that one. survived thankfully but still that footage shouldn't be shown like that. was a freak thing of mad glare on the outside windows and they couldn't see the car as well as they thought they'd be able to.

Personally i think Danny, Mel, and Jet had a lot of fun doing the fight scene.
