Great video! Ive been pastoring for 30 years and always looking for ways to improve study and preaching. I was wondering where the template is that you show at the end, Im looking but don't seem to see it. Thanks Again!
Is there anyway you do a sermon using logos? Or what is the easiest way to do a sermon using logos..I just got logos pro but it’s a little confusing on how to use it..thanks
It takes some time to learn. I typically will write a sermon, just like I explain in this video, using my outline process. But in Logos, sometimes it is helpful to start a notebook for your sermon (which is a cool feature in the sermon builder). I use a notebook first for research notes as I study the sermon text in Logos. So I'll keep that open while reading the text, making observations, and reading commentaries, etc. Then, when I am ready to write, I have quick access to all of my notes. Other than that, it functions fairly similar to a typical word processor. Hope that helps. Probably too much to explain in a comment here, but it could be a good idea for a future video. Thanks for asking.
Really well explained..thank you
Glad you found it helpful.
Great video! Could you do a day in the life of a pastor video?
Thanks! That’s not a bad idea. I’ll add it to my list of content ideas.
