Since this video he's built the engine and gone with a bigger turbo. It worked well though. I'd recommend sticking with pump gas tune or a mix. No need for race gas or E85 boost levels on a stock motor.
Looks like it rips how’s it holding up? Also can you still rock crawl or is it too fast and jumpy now? Looking at getting this turbo but I do mixed riding
It works great and makes very good power! There was no noticeable increase in turbo "lag". It comes on really strong and would still do excellent on the slower trails.
With the e85 tune we had the arms full of weight and it would still just touch the rev limiter. He ended up getting a Tapp clutch after that. Definitely don't want to be on the limiter much with the e85 tune because it's at about the limit of what these engines can handle. Gotta stay reasonable with rpms.
I can't remember if he had the 3 or 4 weight arms (I don't think he had AA arms), but yeah, they were all full and it would still just tickle the rev limiter. He's since fully built the engine and put a much bigger turbo on. He put the AA turbo on his wife's RZR, but she is only running the Stage 3 tune from AA, not the e85.
@Papa Wheelie's World with the stage 3 tune that's still 93oct? Right I wana put that turbo on but want to still run pump gas.. was it worth it? Big difference?
Looks like it's running good. I put the dynomite big turbo on mine and love it. Looks like a blast out there!
It definitely pulled really well! That Dynomite works really well too!!!
How is the reliability going, i want to do this kit on pump gas and I want to ask about reliability btw it looks it rips !

Did you have to upgrade injectors and high pressure fuel pump ? I just got a big turbo from them on a 21 turbo s
Yes on the injectors and pump for e85 tune at least. 👍
What clutch weight settings are you using. I have the same setup but hitting the rev limiter

So 5/5/5 ?

Is that 204 hp to the wheels?
Yes, that's what Aftermarket Assassins claims. We've always found his numbers to be accurate within a few hp.
I have ordered a 2023 rzr Turbo r 4 Premium. If I buy the tune with a full exhaust, how many horsepower would I gain.
