You CAN grow kabocha squash late in the season-even as late as August 15th in Southern California. You just won’t get a big harvest. But some is better than none, right?!

So how do you prevent the grub worms attacked. I didn’t have luck for 3 years. I may try this technique late summer planting. I know that squash grub worms appears early May till late July. Thanks for the video.
