Love the pool 🌺
How did it take so long for me to find this channel?
Wow can't believe not more subs!! 😲
I'm Early AF apparently
Generally speaking, these frequently fatal, oversized holes in the ground definitely devalue the monetary value of a house on land. As a retired realtor, in winters, houses with these pools are near impossible to sell - no demand therefore temporarily worthless.
So I’m in Birmingham Alabama where we get pretty warm seasons around. I was considering a 16 x 20 inground pool backyard. What do you recommend?
Correct. Since covid, here in Ontario atleast, people are more bound to their homes and with lockdowns and restrictions they're limited to what they can do to occupy their leisure time.
It's also important to note that properties with pools, as well as contractors/installers, are in exceptionally higher demand bc people are moving from big cities like Toronto to surrounding communities. Many of those families are upsizing from smaller properties and condominiums.
Pools may increase the value of your home. However, you generally don't recoup the costs of installing a pool. Certain areas, pools are to be expected, especially in luxurious neighborhoods.
Don't you replace the liner every 10 years that's a large cost
At work one of my colleagues said "The swimming 🏊♂️ pool is increasing the house 🏠 value".
What’s all over that lady’s face…spray tan???
Absolutely false information. This woman knows NOTHING about pools!
