This is the travel vlog and first day of practice for the Major League Fishing (MLF) Tackle Warehouse Invitational on West Point Lake in Georgia! This lake is muddy and it is already a tough lake! Andrew I’m 64 years old, been fishing since I was a young kid and I have never seen a spring time season like we are having. I live in middle Tennessee and the Bass are in a funk! Slow slow slow just like your day here. I spent half a day on Dale Hollow yesterday and never got a bite. There was 8 boats out and only one boat got two fish.
A few bass in there! lol. It was a different year this year!
West Point has plenty of bass, always catch plenty of spots and some big spots, always catch some big and good largemouths. One of my favorite crappie lakes in the country. It's loaded with crappie, but the funky spring weather is making it tough.
