I live in Sonoma county where the tubbs fire burned us out and made use evacuate in 2017, and since then, we’ve had a couple more evac’s. This one is an important one for me. Thanks guys.
Edit: one thing I would add - is that the power will always be out in the area. This creates a lottttt of traffic and it takes hours to go short distances, so keep as much fuel in the tank as the gas stations won’t be able to help with no power, and longer wait times between lights. It took us way too long to get to the closest open fwy on-ramp and I now will leave at least a quarter tank in my 38.5mpg car. Just a heads up!
