    Trivia:
The first person to invent 10-finger printing was IVAN VEĆETIČ : b: 20th July, 1858: in Croatia, on the island of Hvar in the Adriatic Sea: died 1925 in Argentina
After studying several existing methods for the classification of fingerprinting, & noticing several shortcomings, established his own system for the classification of fingerprints, which he called ICONPHALANGOMETRY: In 1891 he formed The Register of ICONPHALANGOMETRY: applying this method of identification in practice, he solved the very first murder case using this method of identiy:
To be more specific, he invent Dactyoscopy: which deals with the study of the "papillary lines on ALL 10 fingers :
This is what is used today in our society all over the world Vucetic's fingerprint classification collection.

This was one of the most educational true crime accounts I have ever listened to. The last story especially fascinated me. The narrator thoroughly explained how fingerprinting has been developed over the years...as i said,. very educational. Thank you to all the people who helped to catch the criminals in these stories. It delights me to no end when a murderer is caught after 30 years of freedom, all because of developing technology. It's going to be very interesting to watch the continued advancement of technology, and how it will be used to catch criminals.

lmao the "dramatization" @28:50ish made me laugh. The cops colleague just stands 50 feet from the residence as his partner enters alone to clear the place. Like gj bro, you got that front yard on LOCK. I'm sure your partner definitely wouldn't want you to back him up clearing an unknown residence with suspect(s) possibly inside lmfao. I'm just picturing the comedic conversation that would have to happen for that situation to ever occur (which it obviously would never happen, since few cops would be that stupid). I'd imagine something like "ok I'll wait here, you go check it out." "oh ok, you don't think you should back me up?" "nah you're good don't worry, if you run into trouble just shout for me I hurt my knee earlier so I don't do stairs." "k." In all seriousness though, it's upsetting to see that the victim was a WW2 veteran that paid his dues and then some and was then murdered by some cowardly punk that contributed nothing to society aside from murdering our war heroes that earned our freedom.

2001- Ontario Canada- A partially decomposed human skeleton was found by a jogger on the side of a road. I’m watching this from Australia - the body was that of a female and had been bludgeoned to death. Examining blow flys and insects found in the body investigators determined that the date the victim was killed and finger prints were also examined to find the identity of the victim. After seven weeks the remains were identified as Evette Woodrum, a 38 year old woman. Police then turned to her husband, Mohan Ram Kassum, for information. The husband said his wife may have run off with her lover and police also questioned the victim’s daughter. And police also questioned Arun Kumar the victim’s lover. Kumar owed money to the victim Yvette Woodrum. Then investigators turned to the husband and interviewed him again.
