A blessed compilation. Still so glad that I managed to get one of the Nekoyama plushies. Also, do you know where he got Taya from as a nickname for Nekoyama? I'm a bit confused as to its origin.
This is just my assumption but for a while he was calling Nekoyama 'Nekoyama-chan' which can be romanised as 'Nekoyama-tyan' in Kunrei-shiki romanisation (the style that would have been taught to him at school). Then the 'tyan' devolved into 'taya' and he dropped the Nekoyama to make it short. Kind of like how he calls Fuma 'Taso' instead of the full 'Fuma-taso' because it's shorter.
