In Russia, it used to be possible to operate low-capacity equipment from the age of 16 and without a license. But after the students started crashing, violently violating traffic rules, etc. They introduced a subcategory that you must have in order to manage them. At least in order to know the traffic rules. But why not at least get a license? It's so easy...

You just need a regular drivers license to ride sometging 50cc and below that’s legal. No plate registration or insurance needed.

Fun fact: In Hungary for 50cc you don't need any registration. If you buy a 50cc you only need insurance and AM category license. but you don't need to have a license plate and registration. only isnurance and a license. but you can do the AM category at the age of 14. (and literally everyone buys a 70-100cc cylinder kit to tune it and still no plate because it has an insurance where it's says it's 50cc) so in hungary there is a community of 14-16 years olds who rides 50-100cc without any license plate and registration. In other countries you need A1 category to ride but it allows you to ride 125cc with registration and license plate. In hungary we have that but we have a lower calss (The AM class) which i think is wery cool that you can ride legally at 14.

If you pull over you probably weren't driving recklessly. If i know im gonna run i use alleyways, fields and bike paths. If im just riding for fun i stop but two different circumstances

got mixed feelings with this account, like some content is good but the other side is braindead, like for example, with the austrian police: like no I don't want a fellow biker to get hurt, but if you're not going to stop they have to make you stop somehow, if I were a police I would opt for waiting for fuel to run out given it's a dirtbike but idk.
