I'd love to see the bending too! I'm going to check to see if you have other aluminum videos because I have a long list of things I want to build with aluminum tubing (both square and round). And a UA-cam playlist of "Aluminum Tubing" videos I've been added to for at least a year. But embarrassingly I haven't started even one project yet, because I can't decide the best way to simply CUT the tubing! lol 🤣. I know that's silly because I only need 3/4 to 1" tubing, and I cut wood all the time on a circular or compound miter saw all the time...but for some reason I'm scared to cut metal 🤷. I feel like I need someone to supervise 🤣
You can bend it if you first anneal the bend area. Support the inside radius with something 5 inches round. Heat will help the sides of the uni-strut. Take your time or it will kink.

Do you think it's possible to bend an Aluminum channel A1200HS 5/8 by heating it ? Without a bender
