You guys did one hell of a job with Jack. He's just how I imagined his way of moving around the arena.

Spring Heeled Jack is a deep cut for cryptid and folklore fans! I hope more crazy cryptids and more folklore are planned for the future like Jersey Devil and Baba Yaga

@@ZyroShadowPony (contrary to popular belief) he's not synonymous with jack the ripper. he's a distinct legend, a alleged devil-like entity who can leap with the power of metal springs for feet.
@@ShoshoDupers yeah all i was told originally he was a cryptic from victorian era which i thought was jack the ripper. Though got confused why they focused on his heels
I hope they add Mothman, he'd fit right in!
@@ZyroShadowPony To add on if you didn't look into it, Jack was (at least originally) a real person that attacked several women at night with metal claws. Breathed fire in their faces too. Really interesting stuff. The stories continued for decades, probably a mix of copycats and hoaxes. Decoding the unknown has a good video on him.
I hope later down the line, this game will have meatier sound design to really sell the hits. I'll donate some money to see that happen.
This looks like a solid start to a hopefully fantastic fighting game.

I'm hoping we get a character that uses a bunch of firearms and stuff, maybe on the same vein as Cordell or some sort of Terminator, mainly because I miss Stryker as he's been absent in MK games lately.

Keep in mind this is a small development team and the game is still early access, so adding more frames of animation will take more time.
@@FatManandPop i understand but maybe before adding some new characters they should rework on the animation because it feel really weird, i prefer a small roster with quality than plenty characters in 5 frame
