I can perfectly go against Stratos, Carrera and Jota, but have immense trouble against Viper and the second Elise fight :/ Oh, I finished the game on Hard Mode (special missions excluded)

That OD Subroutine that gives a damage muliplyer based on Kudos is literally the most overpowered shit I've ever seen in this series.
Probably only use for speedrun, especially boss rush.
Too bad you need to have Kudos set onto Fearless in order to use it.
Wished I could get to use it on the Gutless setting.
