This is one brand I don't have. I don't see that much that is special about them to justify the VERY expensive price tag on them. If I try a new brand though I think it will be Roman Szmal's though. Maybe. Yeah, music, lol. But I did mute it and go to the end. And a like as usual, even when I don't finish.
Aww they aren’t my favourite brand tbh. When I had this set last year for Christmas I did a review on them and I loved them but since I’ve been doing my comparison videos they have turned into my least favourite brand. That’s not to say they are bad or anything, it’s just my preference 😊
Hi Tammy, I have a set of 18 tubes of schmincke watercolor and they are very easy to rewet when they are dry but some of the colors are very weak especially prussian blue and carmine and even phthalo green and I can say that when it comes to pigmentation they are not on par to other brands that I have like mission gold or m graham .
Hey thank you for watching the video. That’s interesting, as all the pigments for them colours I would have thought would be very pigmented for a professional range. I’ve never used M Graham, they’re very expensive
@@TammyNewmanArt Well when I bought them I had very high expectations ,( they are definitely nice paints ) but when I paint with them I always feel that I use more paints than other brands , but when it comes to performance on paper I think schmincke shows its real power. By the way forgive my English since it is not my main language.
ohhhh i love that glacier green! :D
It’s lovely isn’t it 😊

I spray my watercolors with a fine mist. They rewet beautifully and becomes pigmented. Maybe try that? I use a small bottle.
Aw thank you for watching the video. I sprayed them 3 times although my spray isn’t a fine mist, I’ll have to get one and try it 😊
