Great advice, such an innovative idea stealth camping, thanks for putting me onto Steve and stealth camping on utube
Any time! it's a great way to get around , Steve is so cool I love those videos .
Great tips 👍
Thanks Brian 😊
All the old stealth tips revisited. I lived in my old Kombi for 6 months back in uni days when I moved out of a share house that wasn't working. Morning showers in the uni gym and laundromats as required. Suburban Perth was also much less cautious and tucked in early in those days. I really enjoyed the time and randomly rotated through a number of overnight sites I'd discovered so as to not attract attention.
Great advice all round.
Thanks for sharing, it's almost like a game getting out ther, once you get over the initial fears then it is a very relaxing way to live, I am looking for to retirement to get out there more. I also want to do more on more motorcycle , do you watch @Steve Wallis I would love the time to do a bit of that as well . www.youtube.com/@campingwithsteve

Cheers mate , hope it helps .😎👍
Great tips 👌
Glad you like them! 👍
I can't say we have ever done 'stealth' camping as all our vehicles were so obviously motorhomes or caravans there was no way to camouflage them. The hint about get in late and leave early is what we always used and we never got fined or even told off. Even stayed down at Kwinana Beach in the 4x4 and 20 foot van once, before they changed the car park and we got going nice and early, as we drove out the ranger was driving in :) Even camped along the estuary north of Australind when we had our old 30 foot Bedford bus, just moved around during the day and pulled up on sunset to stay the night. Old halls are great places to overnight out in the bush, usually plenty of room and many are out on their own away from houses. Some great tips for those with more innocuous vehicles than ours.
I have kept my van as plain as possible, which has afforded me some great free and safe camps overnight in places where there is no free camping allocated especially in the more touristy towns .

Thank you for watching 👀 🙏
Good advice that Pete 👍 just putting a campervan together here found it all very interesting.. especially not opening the door at night if someone knocks on
Glad you enjoyed it. Would like to see some photos of it
You could get a magnetic blue light, stick it on the roof and park at the local cop shop. 😂
And put a cardboard ✂️ cut out of a police dog on the front seat .

Yar, it’s a different environment in Perth now, for numbers are increasing exponentially and politicians do not have the guts to address the housing crisis, so that’s not going away and will be more of us. Find people are now more leery and aware of stealth vans. City council would like to blanket ban, but problem is you could lose a proportion of work force. They really don’t know what to do. Anyhow have florist on mine, for less valuable to thieves than plumber/telco.
You are so right, one of the biggest issues I see is the few that do the wrong thing which affects the many, I always leave the place better than I found it any respect others around me when I can, I have just returned 2 Woolworths shopping trolleys dumped on the side of the road in the country, it really annoyed me to pass them each day going to work . Thanks for your comment and watching my videos , Keep the shiny side up , Pete
😎😎😎😎Thanks for watching hope the tips help , and thanks for the thumbs up , have a great day 👍👍
Technical you are not camping, your parking so unless it says ' no overnight parking ' you should be ok
I agree , 👍 hope the ranger does
