The waterfall highlighted is in Warren, VT along Rt. 100, there's a pull off and parking along the west side of 100. HUGE ADVICE - The covered bridges feature raised platforms for car tires, DON'T try to pull to the side as you can dump.

Take it from the local beer delivery guy in VT. You guys should definitely try Rt 131, starting from rt 103 just outside of Ludlow to the intersection of 131 and 106 and turn left there, travel north on 106 for a short while then take a right on 44. DEFINITELY stop at a place called Brownsville butcher. Great beer, food, people, and scenery. Finally just continue on 44 into Windsor. Not a super long ride but a great one.

Just found your channel. You've nailed most of the great riding roads in New England. Love the ride over Rte 17, over Mad River Glen. Although short, I do what you suggested and combine it with Rte 100, and continuing over into NY across Champlain. Took a group of buddies a few years back, and told them in advance how not to go to fast and let the engine slow you down, but one "expert" rider tried going down the mountain road in neutral. It did not bode well for his new Limited, that ended up tumbling into the woods. $10000 damage later I think he learned, he wasn't an expert. Enjoying going through ALL your videos. Thanks

Nice to see VT highlighted. Please add Rt 12 and 12A through Northfield, VT. You can see Norwich U, the countries first and oldest private military college. Northfield also features four covered bridges all within a 1/4 mile of each other. And Brookfield on VT-65!! The only reason to visit (IMHO) is the famed FLOATING BRIDGE, which was reopened in several years ago. Unfortunately, the new bridge doesn't provide the same affect as the old bridge. As you drove across it, water would come up between the wood and stay the same distance in front of your car as you drove. Really weird to see that.

I'm 16, Abt to get my license in live in VT, I'm into driving manuals pretty quick through corners so route 17 seems fun

Nice bro just be careful wouldn’t recommend 17 for new riders just because there’s some gnarly elevation changes on some of those turns.

@@GreatMotorcycleRoads yeah, when I start riding, Imma be smart and get an MT-03, as a 16 year old I've studied as much as I can on riding, even going as far as looking up motorcycle crashes and slowing down the video to point out all the mistakes the rider made, but studying isn't actually riding so even though in theroy I'd know how to hit some really sharp corners at high speed, when I get on the bike it will be much different and I'll definitely be slow at first by setting my limits. I'm looking at some roads near me for touge for now but touge roads are very fun for riding, so I can do the touge in cars first before riding the roads, thus giving me a better feel for the roads themselves.
P.S if your looking for a really fun road in VT, there's a good run on VT 131 from singletons in proctorsville that goes out to a jiffy Mart, driving the road in my manual Crosstrek takes around 8 minutes or so, so it's short but cops never are on the road and you can do the route back to back, it's good fun!
Stay safe and have fun man!
