The most wonderful thing is that the music also changes from "Dear Father" to "I'm With You" in the credits.
It’s nice to see Sonic return to some crazy over the top epic cosmic final showdowns again. Hope the series keeps Sage going forwards be fun to see Eggman play the domesticated dad role, maybe give her and metal sonic a sibling rivalry

Yes, but the weird part is that sonic enters the giant ring we use to start the new story in the cutscene so I think Sonic basically travelled back in time since the game recommends you to finish the main game first

while the dlc does have some issues it was still amazing and looks great i'm hoping that sonic superstars will follow suit and with how well the movies have been doing it feals like a real return to form for the blue blur hoping this wont just be a phase and that sega keeps up this quality for sonics future so that it can be just like the old days when sonic games were considered a match for mario

The End is essentially what Sonic sees as a form of death and Sonic obliterated The End, so if you really think about it, Sonic killed Death

@@Aurex524you sure the base game ending was one of the disappointing endings ever. Is a 9/10 in my book because final horizon saved the game to me.
As it looks, it's the best final boss fight of all Sonic games!
It's actually the worst honestly. Figuring out how to beat it is stupidly counter intuitive, and the camera sucks.

You know the end reminds me of chaos from sailor moon specifically from the manga. I could see sailor moon vibes from this final battle.
my favorite boss but the camera angle and background really ruins its enjoyability.

My dumb self started a new game on the final boss lvl. But luckily I saved one on chaos island and it was pain in the ass so now I have to re-fight the final boss before I can play this part
So, Super Sonic 2 (Cyber-corrupted) and Cyber Sonic? Pretty neat. Although I'm having trouble thinking up a cooler name for that Super Sonic (Cyber-Corrupt) form.

Attack then dodge, it'll change it so you target the cable instead

@@Xinteld finally I did it, really I don't know why the boss have these unknown mechanics
@@xemnios4837 they give you a hint that you need to remove the cord, but there's no immediately obvious way to target it. And there's no button to switch targets either.
I only learned it after watching other people.
However now that you know how to do it, I strongly suggest going back and doing the boss fight again, really good fight.
Though my other gripe is that the trees often obscure the camera so you can't see the orbs.
Can I play as knuckles,tailes and Amy after beating the game?

But that’s the difficult part you can’t target that it always forces you on the head the lock on system in this game is absolutely terrible

I'm honestly just sick and tired of hearing people say "it's free so I can't complain". Since when is free an excuse for mediocrity? Honestly, my biggest gripe isn't the constant crashing and unfair difficulty. It's, the new ending, while Sage living is much better and fits more of a Sonic game, it just plays into Ian Flynn's sick fantasy of having everything in the Sonic franchise be canon. If they wanted a good ending then just make it a good ending it's not right to make us work and sit through Sage's death just to be told that it possibly isn't even real.
I said this multiple times in the past but I don't see Sage fitting into future games, there could be a comical aspect with Orbot and Cubot, but that's it. If she retains her body she will actually be a liability to Eggman during missions as we see she is growing fond of Sonic as a hero... Literally, slowly, becoming another defective failure like a man's other robots... All this could have been modigated if she wasn't written as Eggman's fake robot daughter.
Don't get me wrong, I love Sage, but her losing her body and becoming an AI voice anime trope was probably the better way of doing this if that is even the Canon ending as she should remain a one-time character. I hate Inn Flynn he is a terrible writer... 🤬😡😡😡

There was barely any help here I was doing the same thing and didn't think to try and loop the connector

I'm having an issue with this boss. So, that thing attached to the Titan's head is the one that recovers his health, right? And to stop him from recovering, you have to Homing Attack it, right? The problem is I can't seem to lock on to the thing and homing attack it. So can anyone explain how I'm supposed to do that?
I’m hearing people say quick Cyloop but I’m still having issues…
It's not really clear what you're supposed to do cuz they don't say. But what i found out is you have to attack the head first and while you're attacking press the dodge button, it'll automatically make Sonic lock-on to the cable connected to Supreme's head. After you get Supreme down to enough health you have to attack their gun and then quick cyloop it to play that cutscene where it comes out. There's a similar mechanic with the Knight boss fight where in the beginning if you attack them while they have their shield up and press the dodge button, Sonic will go around the shield and attack the Knight directly, enough damage and you'll skip the whole shield riding part.
I wonder they get new designs in the next Sonic game because of tails saying you will hardly recognize us when we each other again
