Columbia cty up near greenbriar and champions retreat are golf cart communities and also parkway school nearby are golf cart communities. You have to get out to know whats going on out there for yourself.
Things they don’t tell you: the drivers are horrible, every single red light someone is going to be running it, so watch out
Only richmond cty drivers are horrible. Thats where 99% of the accidents happen at everyday.

Um no, you've emphasized somethings & forgot about others. For instance the river front downtown. It's obvious you live in Columbia County, Augusta is in Richmond l County

I would love to visit Augusta but have my reservations about there though

What is the altitude of Augusta? And how many warm days verses cold days? Does it ever snow there? And do the homes have air conditioning? Do most of the homes have a pool and hot tub?
No idea on the altitude but I'd assumed it's at sea level. If you go to the Farmer's Almanac web site you'll find all the typical temperatures. Yes on having A/C, no on having a pool and/or hot tub. There ARE many, but not the majority.
We have winter e every couple of years like this year, but I've seen years where I wore the same thing all year
Around 400 feet (varying elevations within 100 feet around different locations around the area). Example, the River Is near 300 feet. Basically very rare to see even A snow! Temps are ridiculously hot & humid & miserable for many months of the year. In Winter it’s generally in the 50’s for highs with frequent warm spells in the dead of Winter (70’s & even 80’s)

No, as long as you’re staying in the neighborhood and not going in main roads. Other areas may require it to be street legal though so check with your city and state.

why is Augusta Georgia bigger than New York City but a whole lot lower population size?
Augusta is actually Augusta-Richmond County. It includes the square miles of Richmond County. The city itself is a mid-size city.
Chose North Augusta SC instead of Augusta. Augusta is still a dump (nicknamed Disgusta). N. Augusta is prime.

White flight destroyed Augusta tax base in the 90s. The Fort Gordon expansion might reverse the trend.
