It was cutting 50' at 5 mph,120 bushels per acre, 20 percent moisture. The windrows were so big they would never dry out to bale. End up at 31 foot, head doesn't hit the next windrow. Graincarts don't run on windrows. Straw dries better for feed.
We use all 50' when we blow the straw on the ground. If windrowing for baling, 31 foot put us next to the window without running the cart on the windrow. Usually take a full day in the sun to dry at 20 percent wheat, to be able to bale. Run all 50' on soybeans.

Why only cutting with half width???…is it everything as advertised??
It’s because they want smaller swaths of straw to bale
She’s a beast!!…how was tank sample?….losses out the back??
She is!! The tank sample was nice and clean. It was as good or better than the 790s.
It's a X9 1100. About 60% more bigger than the S790 it replaced. 3 X9's = 5-S790's
If you are only going to take a 25 foot swath then buy a 25 foot head.

Damn that reel is too fast
Use to take 3- 2,000 bu. carts to keep up. Now 2-2,300 bu. Carts.
Is that 1100 or 1000?
Зачем ему жатка такая если на всю шырену не ходит смех
