It's a X9 1100. About 60% more bigger than the S790 it replaced. 3 X9's = 5-S790's

It was cutting 50' at 5 mph,120 bushels per acre, 20 percent moisture. The windrows were so big they would never dry out to bale. End up at 31 foot, head doesn't hit the next windrow. Graincarts don't run on windrows. Straw dries better for feed.

That's one way to 2 pass a field! Pretty smart really you can save time fuel and labor . That's like when we used to put anhydrous on behind the corn planter . We also used to pull a 15 inch spacing planter behind a 30 inch planter to plant soybeans .

They make rock pickers that can be towed behind a 100hp tractor that can do it quicker. Seems like a not so good use of resources to put that thing on the front of a 620 hp tractor.

High speed tillage at it's best! I've never tried a horsch before but I've heard good things about them . We run a Salford 40 feet vertical tillage tool with a case 580 quadtrac at 10mph it works great. It is nice to see a Michigan company offering honest reviews on equipment. I am a Michigan farmer as well . We farm 8000 acres in southern Michigan and northern Ohio .
