22 year old here, hasn't drawn at all in 5 years and am planning to restart my hobby of art. Currently looking at Jazza's old tutorial videos. Let's hope I can reach my goal of being an hobbyist artist by 2023. Wish me luck!
Ah, those sculpts are so good...and the paints just bring them to life! And the Jazza sculpt...can’t wait to see him painted up! And now to Backman’s channel to see what awesomeness goes on over there!
Hey, since you have already done a miniature army, I think it would be cool if you made a chessboard using 3D printed models as the pieces, kinda like Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone
Nah completely healthy. If you deny your true nature as the one baddest bunch of mutants this side of Alpha Centauri, you'll simply be blindsided by your darkness. Leading to possible fatal oopsies... Better to actually contend with it. As Jung might have said, the line between good and evil is written on every human heart. A line that goes all the way to hell. Denying isn't dealing with it.
I'm really starting to love these mini sculpture videos... Probably the addition of initial character design, which I'm a huge fan of but also... how estatic Jazza becomes over the minis, it's really nice to watch.
Jazza, I don't know you but I love feeling the pride that just pours out of you. To imagine where you were years ago and reaching goals beyond your wildest dreams, is just pure inspiration. I only hope that your viewers and followers reach their dreams and beyond. Hard work and determination can take you on a journey beyond our wildest dreams. I am so happy for you and just love your videos and excitement. Thank you so much for sharing with all of us. I am waiting on my very own Inky Art Box.
The story: Everyone is being bred for the army and the main character was a kid who heard he was gonna be raised as the hungered soldiers and then some stuff happens and then when he grows up he is hungered so much that he is so thin he could slip out of the collar and then he helps other soldiers and then they fight their boss but the boss bred even stronger wolves then because the main character is so smart (probably mentioned when he was a kid that he was better at problem solving than fighting) that he made a big gun out of all the guns and the big wolves (not the super wolves that is newly made by their boss) carried it towards their castle or something and then they fired it and then smeared Jazza flew into outer space. Story 2: Shows the Smeared Jazza with some scientist and then he payed the scientist to make even bigger soldiers but it took a while so Smeared Jazza snuck inside and then messed around with some potions or something and then it exploded but he made a potion that actually works the scientists heard it and quickly looked and they saw that there was a new potion and so they tested it and it works but smeared Jazza apparently inhaled some smoke and that messed his whole internal system and made him able to breathe in outer space and so when they flew him into outer space they landed into a random planet along with his wolves and so they started to make a new castle in that planet and then i don't know what happens next please reply with your ideas thx
I have no idea how you are able to explain your little origin/story lines without saying “...or something” directly after. My anxiety would not be able to cope without doing that CONSTANTLY
I haven't finished watching the video, but I seriously love the sketches you did for the ware wolves. I'm not a huge fan of drawing, because it's so damn difficult, however, I'm planning to make a drawing of your first and second UCD's fighting, and want to be dedicated to doing this for every two UCD do. As I've said before, you inspire me, and you really make me want to re-conquer drawing, as I had done once before.
Darwinian evolution is not "only the strong survive", It means only the best suited for the environment survives. Literal physical strength plays a very small part....rather adaptation and characteristics are the noticeable change. I would have loved to see you play out that in an army instead. However, i still love how everything turned out and the video was epic; as per usual. And Backman, you wonderful person. Your art is so detailed for the size.....how?.
