For economics I should start with 11th first or 12th standard NCERT first, because macro economics is more important than micro. So which one should I choose to read first?

Hello Sir🙏 , Like you have told how to read ncert. So we should apply it on one chapter or on the whole book. If we take a chapter.So the first reading will be done. But how to see pyq and syllabus from second reading. Pyq will consist of nothing more than a chapter. Those who are taking their first step in upsc. Is this for him too?
