Hes lost a lot of weight from where he was at...I dont think that was a medical issue he had, it's happened to me before where I've drank a soda and ate too fast and it's almost like it gets stuck in your chest and you have to take a second for it to move through. I'm 5'11 176 and would consider myself in good shape.
Next time you head upstate you HAVE TO stop at Dallas hot weiner in Kingston NY. It’s hands down one of the best I’ve had with chili sauce!
