Dengeki Hobby mentions that some spots of the Seravee II are compatible with poly caps and via extensive modification, you can actually kitbash these parts onto a regular Seravee. Who knows maybe because of Seravee II's cameo in Build Metaverse, Bandai might release a surprise Seravee II kit that can fully transform
The dspiae brand also has a joint strengthening pen. Better than repeatedly changing the polycaps. Even more so if you also use tamiya cement to meld parts to remove the seam lines or super glue.
I always like the upgrade to the Raphael Gundam Dominions, where the Raphael could wear the Sera Mobile Suit like expanded armor, making it look a lot closer to the Virtue/Seravee, while still being able to purge it and function as an independent unmanned mobile suit or bits. If they do release a new Raphael, I hope it's the Dominions version.
I agree with the statement that they left the line in the middle, seeing that they never even bother to truely make use of the one gimmick that became widespread in 00 : Trans-Am mode. They gave it us for the 8 gundams of the series, but for the 4 of the movie, where it would most likely have meant more sales for the same sprues just colored a bit differently ? nope, not even that... The Zabanya's rifle and holster bits ? merely two, but none more than that, only those 8 empty boxes. For the Qan[t] they even hollowed any part that could be swiveled/masked, such as the side binder, which is ugly when opened, and no opening gimmick for simply the beam gun on said binder...
Yeah the kit kills it for me, it's main gimmick is the second mobile suit and they won't even give you that, even for the virtue you don't get a nadlee with it, you buy those separately and with the seravee you also don't get the seraphim you also have to buy the separate seraphim kit, but the Raphael is even worse since they don't even sell the seravee 2 as a separate kit because there isn't one, you can only get one from resin kits online and they aren't exactly the best.
Its like they just stopped midway to designing Seravee for Raphael and just made Seravee a brick backpack. Final battle version when? Oh he died before the final hahahah.

Bandai has to make an HG 1/144 Seravee Gundam II. It's the only one missing in the 00 movie line.
Sighs if Harute and Zambanya can get "proper" release via pbandai then there's hope for this guy
