- Lucy and I prepare to fully move out of our house. Shifting all our things, cleaning, preparing for the estate agents/photographer to take pics of the house. I also give Lucy a little parting gift so that we will always remember our first home ❤️

Having lived myself in a rented Victorian row house in the UK; I always thought that it was strange to have the gas and electric meters inside the living space. Here, all that is on the outside of the house and is automated in that it sends the usage data back to the utilities. Water meter is in the front yard. We did have parking in the back however in the back yard.
Such a beautiful idea to have a drawing done of your house...now your investment property. Oh, I've missed your mom's sweet laugh! You have such a delightful family :-)

What a beautiful pen and ink drawing and such a thoughtful gift. I loved the fire you had in that beautiful Victorian fireplace. I can imagine how you must miss that. We have a wood fire in our fireplace throughout the winter months and it's one of my greatest simple pleasures. Love to you, Keegan and the pups!

I use to have a roommate named Dennis who was a pen artist, he too was so talented you couldn't tell some of them from a photograph even up close. So thoughtful to have Peter create a piece of art as an homage to yours and Lucy's first home ever. Love the red door detail, really makes it perfect! Great to see your parents, Hi Mr.&Mrs. Wood, saw Ben over there in the corner, so a Hi to him too, and Oscar, the most handsome doggo ever. It is so cool to have such a close friend. What a special bond you guys have. i wish i had close friends like that. When in college i had a lot of close friends but they all moved away. i had a few friends at work, but when one has a spouse than it is not the same.

love a fire. we were going to get a wood burner...but we went with a pellet stove. you might want to look into one. the wood pellets are made from waste sawdust.

No because we had to keep the place tidy before the photographer came the next day. I put all my things in my car straight away. Lucy sorted out her things in the coming days.
