When showers are not available, there are wet naps that are disposable for washing down. You can also use a terry cloth. Both should be availabe at the no shower or one shower not available gym...😅😆😃 Those large wet naps, are usually made available during emergencies like when there are boil water notices etc etc.
There are Dog Centers or Hotels, where the dogs spend the day with trainers and dog caretakers etc. Where is the dog hospital? or Veterinarian Hospital with an emergency room...they are popping up all over the place here.

We had those coats in the 1970s in the United States, they were called parkas. They were actually invented in the 1920s in North America and we're very popular during World War II and the 1950s 60s 70s and they still make them.

6:14 I think everyone has one of these, I bought my first one in the 2000's, at a similar show and it was still £10 cheaper back then. Back in the day they didn't sell a safety guard with it hence why I've got a scare on my hand where a little chunk of skin was cut out, ALWAYS use the safety guard guys.
When you walked into the Ideal Christmas venue... my heart started racing! I'd also have bags on decor!! Love the 4:24 "Order!" moment - I think it was very John Bercow!
Our family dog, we'd leave for 5 days. We used newspaper (paper trained) and lots of food and hidden treats around the house to keep her busy. My uncle would come midweek to refill food and replace the newspapers. She was fine. Not all dogs can handle it, but she was an independent dog.

Your vlogs are fun to watch. I don't think I'll ever get to England, let alone London so it's great to see what the city looks like. I live in a Canadian city that only goes back to late 1800s. It's amazing to see that Old World architecture. PS the vendors you mentioned reminds me of what I see at the Calgary Stampede on a much smaller scale. Lots of good stuff, too expensive for me but it's nice to see everything all the same. And since the Stampede is held in early July, it's suitable for the season. Last, just to compare the weather, it's snowing here - Nov. 27.

Had to laugh at your comment about drill bits at the Xmas show. I work for the largest home improvement company in the US. (the orange box). What have I spent my day selling? Drill bits. And Xmas trees and poinsettias. Tis the season. Best always to you and Keegan.
My dog was left alone when I worked for about 8 1/2 to 9 hours and she rarely had any accidents however the older she got and if I had to leave her alone longer than 9 hours I would come home and she would have had an accident and she was so cute knowing she had done wrong but I could never get upset with her because it wasn't her fault. I had her for 17 wonderful years and I still miss her to this day!

The only downer about Christmas decorations is trying to get them all to fit back into their storage boxes so they can be stowed away until next year. Next time you are in the states, you'll need to head to Frankenmuth Michigan to Bronner's Christmas Wonderland. Billed as the world's largest Christmas store.
I understand not wanting to leave your dog all alone. Growing up we usually had 2 dogs so they weren't alone. Now I'm a work-from-home, homeschool mom so my dog has four kids to play with most of the time.
14:11 i'm feeling the same thing right now. Since I adopted my dog a year and a half ago, we haven't been separated overnight until now because I was admitted into the hospital. I miss her already. 😫
Joel don't feel bad about leaving Ava so long. We leave our two dogs for upto fives days alone, but we have doggy doors and timed feeders. Plus we have the cleaners come bye more often and give treats. We have security cameras everywhere so we can keep an eye on them, they don't seem to miss as much at first.
I did enjoy seeing the hotel and the Christmas show it was interesting to see some decorations and the food. Keeping up your workouts during the holidays can be difficult Christmas craft fairs are popular in some places in the US.
I worry about having to leave my pets too, yesterday I worried about leaving them for only two or three hours when my family and I went out to a restaurant for Thanksgiving. I know they’ll be fine on their own, but I get paranoid that something will happen. It’s the worst when we go on vacation though, even if we have a friend watching them I’m always anxious about the fact that we’re not here with them. This was a nice vlog Joel it was was a nice day out for you and Keegan and the Christmas Market Home Show was very nice I understand what you are saying when you expect more from something and then it's disappointing, but you made the most of it had a nice day out and those food and dessert stations looked amazing.
I thought you were going to pick up those chicken sausages since they were cheaper than the shop but then again, you would have had to carry them around for a few hours not chilled, and may have been ruined. So I get why you didn't grab them. Would have been a great buy if your house was close by and you could pop them in the freezer to save a bit of money. Regardless of the disappointment of that show, you seemed to still have a nice time out and about with Keegan which is nice :)
Joel the same thing happened to me years ago here in America. I went with friends to a large home cmas show and I was so disappointed. It was more home than cmas, like kitchen cabinets and roofers.😭

I gained 5 lbs just looking at that dessert bar. I liked that place that was decorated as if it was snowing. Love videos with Keegan. Would hate to see him POed. He might be intimidating but he comes across as a Big Teddy Bear. The northeast of USA was being hammered by a "lake effect" snow with some levels at six feet. Don't see how they cope with that as I live in the Southeast of USA where we don't get much snow altho it did snow three times last Jan about 4 to 5 inchs each which I thoroughly enjoyed after having no snow other that a light dusting here for about a decade. It seems odd to me to see snow before Tksgiving. You Brits should make up an excuse for having Tksgiving as it gives you an excuse to pigout without the usual guilt afterwards.
I suspect that the non-christmasy stuff at the show may have either been to target the gift giving crowd, or it's still generally a home show at it's core, which would make sense for some of those things

In the US, there’s the Coastal Grandma Aesthetic, but I think Joel is close to being a pioneer of the Old Lady Aesthetic in the UK.

This was a nice vlog Joel it was was a nice day out for you and Keegan and the Christmas Market Home Show was very nice I understand what you are saying when you expect more from something and then it's disappointing, but you made the most of it had a nice day out and those food and dessert stations looked amazing.

I thought you were going to pick up those chicken sausages since they were cheaper than the shop but then again, you would have had to carry them around for a few hours not chilled, and may have been ruined. So I get why you didn't grab them. Would have been a great buy if your house was close by and you could pop them in the freezer to save a bit of money. Regardless of the disappointment of that show, you seemed to still have a nice time out and about with Keegan which is nice :)

Joel the same thing happened to me years ago here in America. I went with friends to a large home cmas show and I was so disappointed. It was more home than cmas, like kitchen cabinets and roofers.😭

I’m not one to own a bunch of kitchen gadgets but do let Keegan know that I have that veggie chopper and it’s been very useful to have.
I gained 5 lbs just looking at that dessert bar. I liked that place that was decorated as if it was snowing. Love videos with Keegan. Would hate to see him POed. He might be intimidating but he comes across as a Big Teddy Bear.
The northeast of USA was being hammered by a "lake effect" snow with some levels at six feet. Don't see how they cope with that as I live in the Southeast of USA where we don't get much snow altho it did snow three times last Jan about 4 to 5 inchs each which I thoroughly enjoyed after having no snow other that a light dusting here for about a decade. It seems odd to me to see snow before Tksgiving. You Brits should make up an excuse for having Tksgiving as it gives you an excuse to pigout without the usual guilt afterwards.
I suspect that the non-christmasy stuff at the show may have either been to target the gift giving crowd, or it's still generally a home show at it's core, which would make sense for some of those things
