yesterday was Vincent D'Onofrio birthday, he his te best kingpin and a amazing actor with Charlie Cox ty for watching this show
SO TRUE. And we want them back in those roles! savedaredevil.com
One of my favorite things about this whole show is that they didn't try to shoehorn some huge shocking twist into Fisk's backstory. Instead you're just left feeling "Yeah, this is pretty much the childhood I'd expect a guy like this to have," and sometimes that's all you need.
Yeah!
In my opinion, a good execution is thousand times better than a petty twist!
The bad guy blaming the hero, so the hero is rendered less effective in the good he is trying to do until he overcomes the misconception as well. The pain for Matt is so layered. You know...besides his friends thinking he is a klutz and falling down all the time, he also has to prove he's not a bad guy. Heroes have it hard. And yet he doesn't just give up and walk away. That is impressive.
I appreciate you ladies watching this show and enjoy your reactions. Thanks for sharing your time with us
He's trying to be mayor. Imagine Mayor Fisk in a Spider Man movie with Daredevil, in the MCU.
Best Kingpin in my opinion
I'm not sure if you noticed some of Fisk's public speech was word for word what Ben Urich wrote.
"Get the saw"
Fisk's mom is the queen of shade.
The suites are his armor so he has a lot just in case one gets ruined in a fight
Don't forget, the Marvel Netflix have a specific order it's best to watch in, release order
Daredevil Season 1
Jessica Jones Season 1
Daredevil Season 2
Luke Cage Season 1
Iron Fist Season 1
The Defenders
The Punisher Season 1

Kingpins plans are non specific. They are simply make the city a better place. There is a interesting thought process when it comes to him. He knows there will be crime no matter what he does. So he feels if he can essentially take over all of the crime in the city he control it enough so it doesn’t hurt the people he views as innocent. Thereby ensuring a prosperous New York.
Take the Russians for example. He legitimately hated them because they were unfettered crime. They were trafficking people and kidnapping. In Kingpins eyes, they were drowning the city because they didn’t care about it. We here him say that betraying the Russians was always a part of the plan. He felt they couldn’t be controlled, so they had to be dealt with.
Ultimately, his plan is the same as Daredevils. Make New York a better, safer place. But his view is so twisted that he can’t see he is evil. that is even why he asked Vanessa if he was a monster. He wasn’t sure if his methods were as bad as the Russians.
I LOVE this version of the Kingpin. So brilliant. Possibly the best love story in the MCU also.
Also one of the MCU's best villain
"Of course" you reminded me of thor at the end of end game.
Fisk is try to gentrify the city. To reconstruct in a way he sees fit.
Oh you'd better believe it. Stick did kill the kid.
