- D-lab tackles 2 Dynakit PAS2 preamps. One is a customer unit, the other a swapmeet find. Both needed power supply work. These are aging electronics, approx 60 years old. The capacitors are always the first to go. I routinely update the power supplies with my PAS Plus boards. These boards replace the entire power supply post transformer conditioning. Plus have a on board fuse to protect the main power transformer and relay to switch the high current on the rear switched outlets. As you can see, its a drop in solution. Fairly simple to install. Great Vid Terry. Great troubleshooting steps, especially of checking the heart of the system (transformer) before continuing the restoration. Awesome solution to upgrade the LV and HV side of the circuit all in one combined board. Innovation like this is what keeps these vintage units from hitting the landfills. Long live vintage!

Do you sell those new power supply boards? Would like to buy one if so.
Would that power supply board eliminate the need for the rectifier tube on say a Hammond Organ PS??
