If your boys go to DD’s website there are options such as a clock where your fuel gauge is. I believe those ones I looked at are the RTX Retrotech gauges. Those best match my analogs. Summits got ‘em, Speedway Motors, etc. Maybe the Retro VHX set up you have was exclusive? 🤔. Clean presentation. Dig your vids. Get to feelin’ better bro 👍
Goose, I have a 1968 Chevelle it has electric windows, A/C, and a 4L80 trans. I'm looking to do the Dakota dash the more expensive one with a complete fuse harness. Since you have done so many Chevelles. What would your recommendation be for a new wire harness. I've been looking at the painless wiring kit. They have so many to choose from. Plus I don't think I will need the big one because of the Dakota dash system. let me know thanks. Jerry
Hey Goose I got a question been trying to get the clock to set up in the third tach display at this point all I got is 1 and 2 but 3rd display on tach is showing setup
Yo that's just it in this videos you got the same cluster as I do how did you connect in the back I did not connect my gauge are the same talk to me main!
I have the tach 1 , the mph 2 and the fuel gauge 3 I have the 2 switch 1 and 2 . The 1 gauge shows number of miles in display screen, The 2 gauge show low fuel and when I get to the third gauge which is my fuel gauge below it says SETUP if you have the same gauge set what am I missing bro it's the VHT System...
Love these gauges but you never addressed the “turn signals”. Do you have to tap into orginal wiring harness? How bout parking brake light?
Yes you do should be a blue wires from your og dash location
Love these gauges ! Clean clean clean 🧽
How long did you have to wait to get the gauges. Ordered some for my 69 lemans and it's going on 4 months of back order notification

Might have to wire in the second button style switch in but I would check with Dakota

I wait it to read the Time (clock) but all I got is the SETUP PLEASE help me understand
Found my old instruction and in switch wire it has a third wire (blue) that I dont think is connected but where is the question
Man wished you'd do a step by step for a 96 Impala SS....
Btw that's a hint to get a 96 Impala SS lol
There's a video with more information on that for a chevelle dash swap
It’s not hard bro I ended up installing mines myself. The only problem I have is setting up my fuel to read right
They should have kept the clock instead of one huge gauge for fuel level
