- There was nothing overrated about today's show with Kansas City indie rock god Kevin Morby (34:44), 12 New Rules from Jordan Peterson (51:10), the star of the Netflix hit one man show "Nate" Natalie Palamides (1:02:39), and of course a brand new City of the Day!

Office Hours Live is a weekly call-in show with Tim Heidecker, DJ Douggpound and Vic Berger (aka the holy trinity). Every episode you'll hear sound bite battles, drops galore, and Tim's rants and riffs on politics, music, his kids and whatever else is happening in his life (and the lives of our callers). Special guests have included Jack Black, Ilana Glazer, Fred Armisen, John C. Reilly, Weyes Blood, Eric Andre, Abby Martin and more. Support us on Patreon for exclusive bonus content including the After Hours podcast and more!
Tim’s Jordan Peterson impression absolutely destroyed me.
The intro music is like the final moments of a dream and then being woken up. Or it's like the final moments before falling asleep and then awakening in a dream.

Kudos to you guys checking on Joel when you saw he looked distressed at the end of the call. Very cool
Yeah, Tim really earned my respect in that moment. Once he realized Joel was having a panic attack you could tell he was concerned.
I haven’t been excited to see a weekly show like this in a while. I found myself thinking about the next pod all week. thank you guys
If you turn the word "pod" upside down its still "pod"
Thank you Tim
What if there was a guy on the toilet taking a big shit, and the septic tank was already full so the pressure guage was in the red, and the pipes were swelling, and the bus driver was saying, "We have to dump the tank, she's about to blow!" And the violinist said, "Good god man, there's people down there!" And the driver said, "There's no time! Pull the lever!" And the violinist had tears streaming down his face as he looked at happy sightseeing couples, as he could hear explosive flatulence from inside the bus, and he said, "May God have mercy on our souls." as he brought the lever down and unleashed hell upon the river.
Office Hours has made this year bearable
can you guys get Scott Aukerman as a guest?
I cried laughed to the 45sec drop
thank you
1:24:50 Keepin it high and tight! Shout out to my queens ABOVE 18. Long live the King 👑
Natalie is great in the Progressive commercials. Didn't expect to see her on here. Cool.
I love how Tim always stops and lets the Curly G drop finish.
1:23:15 I swear this is the sweetest damn moment ever oh OHL when they check on this guy.
Tim’s whole shtick on the show is being dismissive and rude to zoomers, and Doug and Vic being their genuine sweet selves trying to always counter it and be truly interested in the guests regardless.
But Tim noticing even the minor stressed out gesture and going “you alright?” Is why Heidecker’s my favorite comedian of all time.
So much hilarious surface level intolerance, nuanced understanding+interpretation and off the wall parody of the human condition, but at the end of the day he’s such a genuinely good dude.
MOBY & NATALIE PORTMAN WOWIEEEEEE
The Chrimbus special was epic! Need some more specials
that Jordan Peterson impersonation is special, but Natalie is like high on Nyquil or something?
Only an hour and a half? We need more 5-7 hour episodes
That’s what the Patreon/after hours is for
@@foundmyrosebud01 tim give us more free covid gifts!! 🥺
I've been watching How To with John Wilson. I suggest you all watch a few episodes before next week!!!!
The finale is something special
"Starter sauce" exists. It's called Mayonnaise.

54:00 Jordan Peterson impression perfection
Tim (the avid gamer), citing David Oreilly's "EVERYTHING" at 6:32 took me by surprise
Same. Maybe OReilly did art for him for some project before?
Eyyyyy I’m in Downers Grove, IL!! Doug is our town legend
I was at about 47:57 when the pest control guy came in and said "is that Alex Jones?" faster than I could hit pause.
I said "no, just someone doing an impression".
He said "it's a damn good one."
Always stay for the end-drops! 😂
I could use some starter sauce for my potlucks!
Is Tim referencing Atrocity Guide? Right on!
I thought that too lol
Still chuckling at "get Doug loose and hop on out!" whoever that funny fucker was
Shoutout to Atrocity guide on youtube. I'm pretty sure that is who Tim is talking about when mentioning Bretharianism. She does amazing work!
Been plowing through all these streams whilst recovering from the big C. Thanks for the good work!
"Watery flavor with a thickness to it"
That fucking Jordan Peterson section had me crying
I smoked weed all day, and drank lots of coffee through the entire time I built a computer and a career in animation, ending up on "Rick and Morty" "Squidbillies", and "The Awesomes" to name a few. Love it. It makes me WANT to focus, and it actually protects and promotes brain cell growth.
I like to have funfunfunfunfunfunfunfunfun FUN!!
Love those city of the day shots guys
Crimbus boys talking about making gravy and having fun
Hi Timmy. You did great.
Lauren!!
This was a great episode. Glad Redbar introduced me to this podcast.
Guy on the left looks like a child of Mark Hamill and Kevin Bacon, with a dash of Mark Knopfler perhaps.
Natalie's special is incredible
Not a lot of good journalists left. It's nice to see you push back when Moby dodged the two of you meeting.
Great show as usual! Glad to see what y'all are doing for charity
Last month of a dog of the month club was awesome!
Moonbase 8! Beef House! BEEF BOYS! 2020 wasn't so bad...
Tim stole my sauce idea
There's a certain strain of bacteria called laticpersilisSueTerry.

Thanks for the heads up about Wendy Williams, I needed that to get through the day today.
What's the show date Vic mentions? I want to look it up.

That Natalie palamedies seems like she hid six tabs of acid in her sock and forgot about it 😂
Big Question is How Wet Are The Pits
I gotta see that knife
Sounded like Alex Jones was trying to creep out of you in the intro there
All the chips in china
I'd like to get beehind this no bees movement
Hell.
If you add Plain sauce to something spicy does it take it to that mediocre level of spice?
Morby and meg Duffy are yowsers 🥰

Chrimbus Special will actually be 7pm CST on Saturday. Don't miss it!
Gang, hey Matt, I want to talk to Tim next show about his music and Doug and Vic about their kaoss pads.
I’ve been using kaoss pad KP3 lately for my shows and writing music, sampling like Radiohead did with them kinda stuff. And I noticed the other day for the first time that Doug and Vic both use kaoss pads. Very cool. These things are fun. Got a separate Boss amp separate from vocals for sample effects.
Another thing. I’m way behind. I was watching those fake edited uncomfortable videos of Steve Harvey, and just everything cringy or crazy made a thousand times much more so. And I realized it was Vic that does those. Mid blown.
PS, how cute is Palamamamamamamades? #cuteypie
Skip 15:00 - 20:00 if you dont want to hear about animal murder
@meeepits
I like Kevin Morby's music, this isn't personal. But, folks. New York is a STATE. Kevin very likely means he lived in one of the five boroughs. Okay, so he lived in New York City. Noticed he then says he lived in Los Angeles, he doesn't say, "Then I moved to California."
If you mean you lived in Brooklyn or Queens or Manhattan, just say that. It's both imprecise, and condescending, to act as if New York State is nothing but the five boroughs.
It's one thing if a Long Islander moves to NYC and says "I moved to New York." But it's really another level when someone from Missouri uses "New York" to mean New York City. Respect the entirety of the Empire State, thanks. If people now get to choose their pronouns (which I'm fine with!), New Yorkers now get to ask everyone to say New York City when you mean it, cause he sure as hell didn't move to Utica.
Tim is a mess. Tim is a tyrant.
the beatles are overrated
Soo many wypipo. Tim needs some BIPOC friends.

@Ryan Smith i think the guy doesn't like that there's white people on the show but too lazy to switch over to BET
