A review was made of both the compact and standard dual-USB C chargers and the verdict was the standard one is a higher quality product. I wish Apple made a higher wattage one with dual ports.

Both adapters work JUST FINE on a MacBook Pro. Charging is certainly slower, but to say that it is "not compatible" is BS.
The compact size’s dimensions looks like it would occupy more space on a power strip / outlet

Vuori shorts are the only shorts I wear. They are awesome for running, walking around the house, and the zippers are so convenient!
I’m probably gonna get the dual charger for my desk setup because I’m using an non Apple one and I want the battery life to last a while.
as nice as the higher watt fast chargers are I (personally) don't need one for my laptop, can't remember if its still an issue with news phone/laptops but I remember reading that fast charging degrades your battery faster due to the heat generated, which is a tradeoff I wouldn't make.
for a phone I don't mind because I upgrade then more often than my laptops and by the time the battery does degrade I'm usually in the market for a new phone anyway.
I still don’t see why the double USB adapter should be worth 59 bugs. Did I miss the point??
I just got this charger to go with the iPhone 13 pro max I just got as the fast charger I got from amazon was getting really hot and I got worried it would ruin my new phone so I decided to just go with the apple charger as I know its compatible, might be more expensive but I know its not bad for my $1000 phone.
The big one also works with the power adapter travel kit Apple made. Us in Europe don’t have a choice! We need the big one, becomes that fits our plug.
I have the 96w adapter for my chromebook since it matches the voltage requirements for the chromebook
I really want the dual usb-c charger because I’ve had the travel set from apple for years, so this would pair great with that and I wouldn’t have to bring as many bricks
I tried plugging my two mini HomePods into it and one errored (flashing orange) it wasn’t getting enough power. Sadly it didn’t work for what I was hoping this to work for.
Even though the numbers for the wireless charging module show MagSafe uses 17w, it appears the maximum it could carry is actually 20w this is just not currently utilized
This accessory is great for charging your iPhone via MagSafe at the highest speed possible for that method as well as your AirPods/Apple Watch

I bought the standard version because you can attach the Apple cord to it. Whenever the new Air comes out that’s what I’m going to use it for. I found it’s also great for charging my iPhone and iPad at the same time.
I don’t get people going cheaper. You’re spending at least $1000 on a computer but you’re trying to save $25 on the charger. If you’re going cheaper why are you buying the MacBook Air in the first place?
Not only that for duck head, is it earthed?? because slight tingling effect comes in, need to attach adapter/extension

I will buy dual USB C one , since i will be getting airpods free with MacBook as student discount here in my country, but airpods don't have any adaptor, so 35 w with two ports will do the work.

It looks like ANKER adaptor….LOL! Anker did it years ago….. they even created that smaller Nano 45w and 65w …..all are in new and better GAN technology..i dont think APPLE use Gan, theyre still using silicone
This Samsung phone I just bought yesterday has this. They gave a cord but not a adapter. So now I'm going to have to find a adapter for home and my car.

I just bought two anker USB-C bricks. One 100 W, and one 60W. They are sleak, small, and deliver! Would not buy apples version.

I got myself a Ugreen 65w Nexode GAN charger that’s a bit smaller than this for when I travel.
It can charge my MacBook Pro 13”, 12.9” iPad Pro, and iPhone all at the same time without breaking a sweat and doesn’t cost me a finger.

Yes, but it will only charge at it's maximum speed (around 30W) but it will NOT damage your battery.

Seems completely pointless to buy a dual charger but then find out that when dual charging it slows to snail’s pace. I would prefer Apple stuff but not when it doesn’t do the job and costs much more.
