1997 Toyota Hilux Surf SSR-X 1KZ-TE FOR SALE!

Up for grabs is this recently Imported Turbo Diesel 1997 Toyota Hilux Surf SSR-X for $16,500 USD, clean Indiana title in hand, willing to ship! I have had a lot of quality maintenance performed on this vehicle at the local Toyota Dealership including; New tires, Alignment, Front rotors machined, Oil/filter changed, new air filter, new wiper blades, and a new A.C. Compressor. Timing belt was changed in Japan at 181k km, currently is sitting at 203k km. Timing belt light unfortunately was never reset, but can be done fairly easily if you want to. I have personally driven this truck about 2,000km since it arrived in August, and have absolutely loved it. The low end torque feels epic, the turbo noises, the smells. I can not get enough of these Toyota Diesels. This Specific Surf has a small lift kit that was done very well in Japan. Cons; the steering wheel needs either refinishing or replacement, there is clear coat fade in a few areas, the rear bumper has a dent that has damaged the chrome (can be replaced with USDM part), the headliner is nicotine stained from owner in Japan, and the aftermarket radio is inop. Despite these minor inconveniences, this truck is an Absolute runner, and is in Excellent mechanical shape. 4x4 transfer case shifts perfectly as well as the center lock engagement. Could only imagine how epic this Surf would be to take off road.
