Sorry but those pair of tennis shoes are easy to clean, the material is not fabric, maybe they were bought in the new version but that material can be cleaned with soap and water and a simple cloth, a lot of explanation for nothing. Don't want to call people stupid.
While you may be right in some cases such as the bigger dirt, soap and water and a rag won't get mud off that is absorbed into the laces and mud can stain the outsole and midsole of the shoe. Using shoe cleaner definitely is better, but I will give you this and say water and some soap can clean most of it off.
I would like to see you guys clean something besides dirt off shoes. How about some spaghetti sauce or cranberry juice or some shit, lets see if their product can get rid of that.

I love your products but you guys have claimed multiple times that the laundry bag fits two shoes in one go and it’s simply not true. I am a 10M and there is absolutely no way that bag can fit two shoes at once, I washed my girls size 6W shoes and they both fit in the bag but barelyy so you can’t tell me a men’s size shoe will fit two in the bag I’d love if you guys showed that in a video 🤔

These weren’t cooked at all 😂 you can tell the cleaned sneaker barely has any creases, it was just surface dirt

Got it! We did clean a pair of Sambas that were covered in maple syrup, mustard and more you should check it out.
