I mostly agree with Jan, Sunline, and Vic. It's an all out war with cute songs between Popipa, HHW, and Pastel. But if it's cute vocaloid songs like 1, 2 Fanclub/Miku Miku Ni Shite Ageru, Pastel Palettes can do justice. I don't really like HHW all that much, but some of their covers surprise me if they do good on it. I prefer Roselia and Afterglow to be the top 2. Edit: Both Popipa and Pastel Palletes can do cute Vocaloid music justice.
What baffles me is that Pasupare gets this hardcore shonen songs that shouldn't be cutified(?) so they ended up doing not so good of a job on covering it :(
