Not to be overly picky, but 'balogna' is pronounced 'baloney' - hence the insult: "You're fulla baloney!"

Actually, "bă-lōne-ă" is correct. "Baloney" is slang for "bulls#¡t".

Schwan's had the best pizza burgers!! This was a little later on when they started carrying them but oh yes, pizza burgers. Yum!!

I've never heard of a pizza burger so some of these might be regional.
Some people put a burger with cheese inside a jelly donut & some add baked beans into their ice cream cone!
