The perfect recipe to have your Sim's friendship shoot up real fast : High charisma + excellent to perfect reputation + Incredibly Friendly reward trait.
I’m experiencing the instant friendship too - my sim got married but his dad died a while ago so when she moved in she got to meet his ghost (he passed before they were dating) and she did a respectful introduction and IMMEDIATELY went up to over half friendship and they became good friends. Wtf 😂
The Incredibly Friendly reward trait does that. Then, the actual level depends upon the charisma. Edit : Forgot that a good to excellent reputation help greatly at making friendship grow faster. Incredibly Friendly + charisma 10 + friendly introduction = At least 50%. Use Warm introduction and that can shoot up all the way to 90% JUST from the introduction. Children also benefit from that trait. Pretty useful for the Social Butterfly aspiration.
My bad guys 😅 I can’t remember anything about his traits but I know I loved playing as him and I wouldn’t be surprised if he ended up with a reward trait about socialising haha

Want a few extra gnomes ? You simply create a custom holiday with the gnome tradition. It'll cause one gnome per family member to spawn on the lot. Does Shanice have the «Incredible Friendly» reward trait ? That trait is such a cheat when you want your Sim to make friends. That trait with a high Charisma skill cam make the relation go all the way to over 80% JUST from a friendly presentation. Upload the current lot to the gallery. Move to a larger lot. Import the lot from the gallery to the larger lot. Optionally, relocate some stuff.
This is why I'm terrified of loading up any of my old saves. I have them backed up on the off chance there'll eventually be a fix for this save file corruption issue but at this point I don't think that day will ever come.

Seriously! My household won’t load or the game won’t load I got sent to the world screen and it was just a 8 baby sims icon you know the bottle that shows how many baby sims you have in a lot? It was weird considering there are no babies in the household I tried to load and 8???
Honestly that glitch with making friends fast is the only one i encountered so far 😂 it's so weird, but I'm happy my Sim is besties with Grim. I want to make my successor with him 😆
The reward trait : Incredibly Friendly. That get even more powerful when your Sim have a charisma skill over 5. Then, a reputation of at least good, excellent to perfect preferred, make that even stronger.
If you want to move a newborn into a different bassinet you have to put the newborn in a different household, then delete the bassinet it came with and put down the bassinet you want, then move the newborn back into your household. If the newborn doesn't show up right away then go to manage worlds and reload into the lot. Hope this helps.
@@steggopotamus idk why the bassinets have to cost 150 simoleons when you get it for free by just having a baby. They should just make all bassinets free so you can put one down before the baby is born
I was living in another area of Ravenwood first. Then I moved to the house that's up the stairs in Crows Crossing. Everytime I invited Grim over he wouldn't get off the dam telescope!! It was infuriating 😂
I was playing last night and my sim was almost ready to have her baby when I get a notification that a custody agreement in another household was voided. I am like what! Quickly switched figured out the mom died. Went back and my darn sim had twins, Humberto and Hailey. what why twins, the mom almost immediately aged up into elder oops
My sim doesn't get instant friendship but she does instantly try to WooHoo with literally every single person who enters the house. If I stack up actions she'll cancel half in favour of sex. I'm not leaving her unsupervised and constantly have to change her relationship statuses to just friends while waiting for an update that breaks something else and fixes this.
yes that's been happening with me too. my sims all make friends almost instantly after just a couple of interactions. i do have to say though i really don't mind it lol. it's nice for them to make friends more easily for a change

i think im going to try to rework my brain and play style. I find myself spending more time trying to complete asperations and switching between them so i can get different ones progressed. I think i need to force myself to make a sim and never open that panel except to spend points. let what ever asperation complete naturally as i play maybe that will help me actually have fun with the sims again instead of being crazy overachiever and bore myself because all I'm doing is the tasks and not really enjoying the game itself.

Like what is going on why haven’t I seen any vids from anyone about it. And in the reviews it said 20£ PER WEEK to play??? INSANE! Really feel like I would see so many angry simmers since that came out. Because it isn’t the old sims mobile games. IT IS THE TIMS 4

Another pack that misses the mark. I mean, it’s just a bunch of tasks. Go here, click there, go back, click there… What made Sims 3 World Adventures so fun was the exploring. Sure, there was a lot of clicking but there was also 3 huge worlds to explain with different cultures and tombs and themes and each tomb had a different scheme, where decisions had to be made. Sims 4 is all text based.
What about those of us that wait to get packs when they are on sale? I won´t have the Life & Death until then but would love to build you a gypsy lot 💕After all, it is in my name... so, will you be looking back at the hashtag often or is there a cut off date?

My 2 saves corrupted my old one n a new one I started 3 days ago ... I'm giving up I'm not starting n setting up next new save to play in it for 3 days...
@steggopotamus I have everything that's why I'm mad I have basic mods like mccs, UI, dine out reloaded, last exception mod n 4 column n I have cc but only maxis match from most popular creators... My save was working whole day but when grims event kicked in I can load the map but I can't load any household played or unplanned...
They should make something like Sims Banker game pack in which we can borrow money from Sims that are we friends with or something. They can also then incorporate stock trading and investing in business lots along with the usual banking shit.
the cowplant is broken. I feed it and played with it twice a day, but when I forgot it for less than 1 day (under 24 sim-hours), it was dead... Also, I play on PC, but I cant get the "cheats"/key-bindings in build mode to work properly on my norwegian keyboard, think it is because of the "ÆØÅ"- keys. Dont think they have bothered to code the game for norwegian-keyboard, which they have done in all the other sims-games (Sim-city, sims1,2,3). Building with norwegian PC & keyboard is like building on console. The sims 4 - team is so f*ing cheap.... *edit*BB.moveobjects actually works better on my xbox than on my PC*edit*
So, wait, you would have to save the cheats in a file and copy paste and I'm sure they think that means that there's a work around and they don't have to think about it. Lol

you can put present under christmass see but only the seasons onces not the holidays pack.
Becoming good friends immediately isn't a glitch, it's due to one of the sim's trait... I don't know if it's the outgoing one, I'm not sure 😅

If you want to move your baby to a new crib you need the crib mod I think it’s called the invisible crib mod or something like that

You should probably switch to Mac (it literally never crashes and super fast always)

With a charisma of 5+, you can already borrow money from other Sims. Then, they immediately forget that you borrowed that money from them.
