Hi Ray, just passed PMP exam with all AT earlier this afternoon on 1st attempt, with the help of your videos. Super helpful especially the ones on situational qns, this one on process groups, last minute exa prep and time management. To fellow candidates taking exams soon, it's not a difficult exam but rather an exhausting one. Once you are clear on the process groups, agile concepts and terms, really gotta focus on exam skills and time management which Ray shared in past videos, really gonna help.

awesome. so logical. i took time to look into the sequence mentioned in your table and identified action options to the sequence and eliminated. though i could not relate the relevance of the last option left out, my elimination helped me to select. correct answer is deliberately worded to confuse.

For me, remembering 49 process in sequence was like headache. But u made it just a simple!!! Great work. And Two questions were opened eyes, it simply shows how to read question between the line and implementation of 49 process sequence is required. I am waiting for ITTO's videos for remaining Knowledge areas. As my exam scheduled in December 2020.

Hi Nilotpal, I'm feeling super excited in getting the easy steps to understand as well as memorize all 10 KAs and 49 Processes. The questions that you have prepared and provided in Udemy platform made my minf chocked but after goingt hrough this video, I'm super confident to answer any of them correctly. Thank You for this wonderful video.
This is awesome! I couldn't find any other video that explains the chronological sequence--I couldn't understand whether to memorize it vertically or horizontally. Thanks!
Ray, I heard about your videos from a friend and its the best thing that has happened to my PMP prep. Your explanation and logic was the missing link in my Prep and the way you explain the concepts have really helped. It would be really helpful if you have some videos related to Procurement (explaining contracts) and Risks.

Best approach I’ve seen so far. Makes sense and if I review daily I memorized by day two. But needed to do it daily or else I’ll forget. Needs time to burn into long term memory.

Very good video! appreciate the details. was wondering if you have other related videos to go through the full study material in a smarter way considering loads of books and online material we have!
Hi Preyas, unfortunately, I have not made any video on that yet but I can guide you as below for now to help you start: Thank you for your email. As of now you need to do the following things to help you start with your PMP exam prep for 2021: 1. Read the Agile Practice Guide (cover-to-cover) very thoroughly and make notes of the important areas. Read other literature of Agile from the internet as well (Simplilearn and Edureka have a couple of good videos on Agile on UA-cam…watch them for sure). New PMP exam is going to be very Agile heavy.... 2. Read PMBOK6 + Rita Mulcahy (10th edition if you manage to get it) or PMP Study Guide (Kim Heldman) 2021 exam update 3. Register for my free PMP coaching email series (if not done already): bit.ly/2QrCz3O 4. Watch my UA-cam videos (ALL of them have linkages to the new exam ECO in the description section now) since they are STILL RELEVANT for the new format of the PMP exam....Link to my channel: ua-cam.com/users/pmpwithray 5. Solve my 275-Q question bank on Udemy/ReviewNPrep (questions are the same whichever platform you use) and note down key learnings from the same! a. Udemy link: bit.ly/3mQDg3L b. ReviewNPrep link: bit.ly/38ohLU5 6. Keep the bell notifications ON for my UA-cam channel since over the next few weeks I would be coming up with more tutorial videos on UA-cam as per the new 2021 format...you will get notified if the bell icon is ON (quite a few videos esp. on the new format is already out…do check them!) I don't understand the last question. How are you following the sequence from PLANNING to EXECUTION? If you are in the planning group and just finished the Risk section, shouldn't you go to either procurement or stakeholder area?
Actually No. You should flow horizontally for a particular KA in Table 1.4...I told this at the very beginning of this video! The 10 KAs doe snot happen in sequence, but activities within a KA happens in sequence...
I like the way you created the table for easy recall. Thank you. However, I did not understand 387K engg project answer still. Why adding Work packages to WBS is right answer ? Which work packages are referred here to be added ? Is it a work package to add risk mitigation actions ?
Hi Parvinder, it's work packages to assign work/task to your team members...when you implement risk responses, how do you do that? You do that by assigning action plans for risk mitigations to yourself or your team members right?

i still feel that d is the right answer. since he has finished the risk assesment, it is best that he holds a risk reveiw meeting so that every team memebr responsible will track the risk and implement the risk reponse and analysed by the pm

Great job! Thank you for watching and commenting.
awesome. so logical. i took time to look into the sequence mentioned
in your table and identified action options to the sequence and eliminated. though i could not relate the relevance of the last option left out, my elimination helped me to select. correct answer is deliberately worded to confuse.
Good progress.
This really simplifies the whole thing. Thanks alot for sharing

Very good video! appreciate the details. was wondering if you have other related videos to go through the full study material in a smarter way considering loads of books and online material we have!
Hi Preyas, unfortunately, I have not made any video on that yet but I can guide you as below for now to help you start:
Thank you for your email. As of now you need to do the following things to help you start with your PMP exam prep for 2021:
2. Read PMBOK6 + Rita Mulcahy (10th edition if you manage to get it) or PMP Study Guide (Kim Heldman) 2021 exam update
3. Register for my free PMP coaching email series (if not done already): bit.ly/2QrCz3O
4. Watch my UA-cam videos (ALL of them have linkages to the new exam ECO in the description section now) since they are STILL RELEVANT for the new format of the PMP exam....Link to my channel: ua-cam.com/users/pmpwithray
5. Solve my 275-Q question bank on Udemy/ReviewNPrep (questions are the same whichever platform you use) and note down key learnings from the same!
a. Udemy link: bit.ly/3mQDg3L
b. ReviewNPrep link: bit.ly/38ohLU5
6. Keep the bell notifications ON for my UA-cam channel since over the next few weeks I would be coming up with more tutorial videos on UA-cam as per the new 2021 format...you will get notified if the bell icon is ON (quite a few videos esp. on the new format is already out…do check them!)
Thanks & all the best for your PMP prep in 2021. Stay in touch!

Superb! All the very best!
I don't understand the last question.
Thanks Ray ...Very nice logic
Thank you for watching & commenting! All the best for your PMP prep :)
You do that by assigning action plans for risk mitigations to yourself or your team members right?
you are a best mentor, we are getting hopes to make an attempt PMP. Kudos Ray

i still feel that d is the right answer. since he has finished the risk assesment, it is best that he holds a risk reveiw meeting so that every team memebr responsible will track the risk and implement the risk reponse and analysed by the pm
Hi Sudarshan, it's not what you feel but it's more about what PMBOK suggests should be the case for this scenario...
