As an avid fan of one piece, I can CONFIDENTLY say that mihawk would not be able to cut noitra. Kenpachi would body mihawk bro.

At this point i am amazed at just how much people are seriously underestimating Mihawk. For one, Kenpachi needed both hands and extra power to even unleash the blow that weakened Noitra. While Mihawk, without effort and with one hand, was able to produce a BASIC slash that surpasses Kenpachi. And this is from a man WE HAVE YET TO EVEN SEE FIGHT SERIOUS. One Piece fan my ass. Cause any true fan or even neutral fans knows this. Mihawk is the STRONGEST SWORDSMAN for a reason.

he can't even hurt him actually. Mihawk uses haki, and he's way better at seeing the future than most. And so far his best feat was zero effort to cut an ice mountain clean in half from hundreds of meters away with one average one arm swing and he didn't even touch the damn thing. If he gets serious, he can probably cut continents in half

That Lil pink girl is actually part of his zanpakuto/sword. To be precise, the Sword spirit takes two physical forms. Zarakis shikai is a woman and his bankai is that young girl. Similar to ichigo when zangetsu looks older as a shikai but younger as tensa Zangetsu the bankai. Basically Zarakis shikai could never make contact with him or he ignored it and forgot how to hear her and at the same time Zaraki was having a crisis on a soul level cause he couldn't find an opponent to satisfy himself. So his bankai spirit ripped itself out of the sword and manifested before him only he didn't know she was his bankai and he named this girl after the one woman that gave him a true fight. So his bankai spirit ended up becoming his luitenient in secret and watches over him. Ever battle his in he appears on par with his opponent held back by an eyepatch or bells but truly when his near death in battle.....a little pink haired girl helps undo some of the power he sealed away in his youth.

The tricky part of scaling Naruto to Bleach is the confirmed feats vs the implied ones through the story. In any instance, Kenpachi fought Gremmy and cut through his dimensional barriers. And Gremmy was basically restricted by his imagination on what he could do. And the Hulk level strength is confirmed when in Bankai, he picks up and slams The Valkyrie Quincy and slams him ala Hulk picking up and slamming Galactus. And dude was not that far from being his height. So the weight is legit comparable.

In this fight Kenpachi was extremely suppressed. He purposely fights one handed with a eye covered so he might find a challenge. Mihawk would give him a giggle but spiritual pressure from kenpachi would win the fight.
and that's before he nearly died several times so he could actually use bankai

People underestimate mihawk even though his greatest feats so far have required almost no effort whatsoever. And his greatest feats include slicing a giant wall of ice with one hand from hundreds of meters away. He did the same to a meteor, similar to what kenpachi has done but only smaller. And kenpachi used shikai for that. Mihawk barely even tried. Kenpachi also cut a giant building but only when he took off his eyepatch. In terms of speed he easily kept up with luffy in second gear and we know that luffy even in first gear can dodge lasers.
Anyway what i'm saying is that mihawk's minimum effort produces feats that kenpachi achieves when he uses a bit of extra power (taking off eyepatch/ using shikai). So mihawk at 100% could definitely take on kenpachi at bankai
