Today we will learn what is wet mixing process of washing powder?
As we discuss in previous videos the machinery required for this process is very much costly. Not everyone can afford this.
The equipment required is:
1. A spray dryer
2. A furnace or a coal fired furnace, which can provide hot gases to dry the slurry
3. High pressure pump
4. Disintegrator
5. Low pressure pump
6. A reaction vessel
7. A holding vessel
8. Combustion fan or forced draft fan
9. ID fan or induced draft fan
10. Air lift fan which lifts the powder from ground floor to upper floor for next process
11. Cyclones for dust collector
12. Liquid raw material storage vessels
13. Weighing vessels to weigh bulk quantities of liquid raw materials
14. Nozzles and its assembly.
